a parede solta corta o espaço expositivo. constitui superfície, suporte, opacidade, um lado e outro. parede tapadeira, divisória, painel – espaço que também se sabe oco. perfurações desenhadas especialmente para certas partes do corpo se conectarem: dedos, olhos atravessam esta barreira, pele, maquigem, rostinho colado com o mock-up arquitetônico. abrem-se frestas para diálogos, comunicações, entradas e saídas para diferentes exteriores/interiores. aí encontram-se também objetos (que podem ser tocados, examinados, olhados).

mãos se levantam para fechar os olhos; anestesia para que o outro ladoseja visto. tato para examinar o olhar, cegueira, mediação, a pasta é impressa. moldes a distância é recoberta – objetos delimitados por marcas, cicatrizes, impressões. resíduos de um espaço negativo, pequenos dentro-fora, índices de um gesto ossificado em acrílico. parede é uma obra que se recolhe e se oferece, avesso a ser explorado.

onde mora a distância entre as mãos e os olhos?

a self standing panel divides the space. It forms surface, support, opacity, one side and another. wall, partition, panel - a space that is known to be empty. small orifices specially designed for certain parts of the body to connect: fingers, eyes perpass this barrier, skin, make-up, cheeck-to-cheeck with architectural mock-up. openings to dialogues, communication, ways in and out to different exteriors/interiors. near the ground two holes opens up the surface to present a pair of objects inside the wall (which can be touched, examined, looked at).
hands are risen to close the eyes; anaesthesia so that the other side is seen. touch to examine sight, blindness, mediation, the paste is impressed. moulds, the distance is covered - objects delimited by marks, scars, imprints. residues of a negative space, small inside-outside, indexes of a ossified gesture in acrylic. wall is a work that withdraws and offers itself, insideout to be explored. shelter and invasions to be negotiated.
